Director of Infrastructure at Exponential-e With over 17 years of experience running service provider networks, Andrew is responsible for core network and DC infrastructure teams within Exponential-e managing the design and operations of services that run on various platforms. Andrew is an evangelist of new technologies and an advocate for continual improvement.

Gareth has been in the Unified Communications industry for over 20 years, holding various operational and leadership roles. For the last 12 years, his focus has been helping to deliver Cloud-based UC solutions, product life cycle management, customer engagement, and client integrations. Since joining Exponential-e in October 2019, Gareth has helped drive awareness for Exponential-e within the UCC market, delivering key go-to-market platforms and building out an ecosystem of trusted vendors to enhance customer engagement and drive innovation in the field.
Jay has worked in the IT industry since 2000, developing deep experience in private enterprises, telecoms, Cloud, and managed service providers, collaborating with IT leadership teams to achieve strategic digital goals. His particular areas of expertise include orchestrating complex migrations and optimising investments. At EXPO.e Networks, his current focus is on cyber security, specialising in detection and response capabilities in complex environments, with an emphasis on technologies such as ZTNA, NGFW, SASE, SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and Cloud security.
Richard is a seasoned IT and SaaS specialist with over 15 years of experience across various roles. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with exceptional companies and values the opportunity to connect with talented individuals.
